The campaign below was the final intern challenge we completed during our Summer of 2019 at Tracy Locke.
My team members were: Ayesha Rodgers (strategy), Kristin Giles (account)+ Mallory Fahler (art director).

The ask:
How can we successfully evolve Magentify from an employees-only app to something Gen Z T-Mobile customers would use?
The Solution:

Before we can begin to connect members of Gen Z with the new and improved Magentify app, we need to give them a cause that they can actually believe in and measure their impact on. It cannot be just another cause that dies soon after its creation, it must be actionable and make them feel as though they are in control.

We want to give Generation Z the tools they need to do real good beyond just likes or a retweet, empowering them to take action and champion a cause.
T-Mobile is doing more good then most companies out there, and people aren’t even aware of it. Gen Z embodies the whole attitude of T-Mobile’s brand. T-Mobile and Gen Z can come together to be the change that they want to see in their world.
Gen Zers have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the world and will leave differences aside to mobilize around causes they believe in.
Rise above with magentify
Generation Z —the movers, shakers, and makers of their own world. They want to make a difference, socially and in real life. Why not give them the platform where they can do both?
